Meta lead generation
13 accounts for a real-estate referral programme — seminar funnel, at Idio IT Ltd. Bars: leads of the top 5 campaigns.
Imtiaz Khan — Team Lead, Digital Marketing at Idio IT Ltd, Dhaka. I lead Meta lead campaigns that fill seminars and sell packages, and four years of native ads before that. The numbers below are the real ones, from the real accounts.
See my workTalk to meCost per lead on the best campaign I lead — 6,068 leads on $1,974.33 spent (Ads Manager, Nov 2026). The line below is my YouTube channel growing from 894 to 7,901 subscribers, Aug 2024 – Oct 2026.
The short version first — six pieces of work with their results. The full evidence for each one is on this same page, one scroll down. Nothing here needs a click to judge.

One Bangla question — "Sir, where do you live?" — routes Dhaka leads to the call team and everyone else to an ebook offer.
Four years of Taboola, Outbrain, Zemanta and Baidu. Bars: spend of the biggest campaigns I created, filtered by my username "anik".
One keyword map, entity schema and indexation queues across 3 sites I own. The line is superpreneur.bd impressions — flat, then the October sprint.
Superpreneur — a lead engine for courses and ebooks. Bars: new subscribers per month in 2026, ending with the September breakout.
One presenter video, cut for every placement. Bars: the original ad vs its copies — the original still wins. My part: concept, script, hook, copy.
The full Ads Manager screens behind the card numbers. Campaign names are blurred for client privacy; every number is untouched.

A broad ad set ran against a detailed-targeting ad set inside the best campaign. Broad won on cost and volume — the kind of test I run before moving budget.
| Ad set | Leads | Cost per lead | Spent | Impressions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Broad | 3,209 | $0.28 | $909.61 | 1,719,215 |
| Detailed targeting | 2,859 | $0.37 | $1,064.72 | 1,256,932 |

Meta's advanced preview of the winning ad across Feed, Instagram, Stories, Reels and Marketplace. The Bangla hook asks: "Exactly 365 days from today, where do you want to see yourself?" The on-screen text sells the offer in two words: Real Estate — Referral Business.

1. The audience rebuild. Old targeting was age 25+, broad, everywhere. The buyers were older men near Gulshan — the programme now targets men 40–60, and the campaign I built on 1 November 2026 uses a tight 3-mile radius. Cost per lead rose a little; seminar sales settled at 5–10 packages a week.

2. The lead-form split. One form mixed inside-Dhaka and outside-Dhaka leads; the call team wasted hours on people who could never attend a Dhaka seminar. One opening question fixed it.

A sample of the weekly brief I give the team: Weekly Creative Brief (Google Drive)
My Taboola username was anik — the team put the creator's name inside every campaign name, and these lists are filtered by "anik". Every campaign on them is one I created: I prepared the creatives daily, built the campaigns and uploaded them; the team then scaled the winners.

How to read these numbers: spend is per campaign, in the account's own currency, exactly as Taboola shows it. Budget strategy sat with the team's separate ad analysts — the large balance figures in some screens are account balances, not spend, and I do not present account totals as my own budget.
Three sites, one system: a single keyword map, entity schema on every property, indexation queues through the Google Indexing API and IndexNow, and a daily Search Console + Analytics dashboard. Charts are drawn from the live data of each property.
Business-idea listicles by budget, an entrepreneur hub, answer-first question pages, featured images on all 116 posts. For months the site sat nearly invisible — most pages were not indexed. The October 2026 sprint fixed indexation first, then content: 8 clicks in September → 1,582 in October; last 28 days: 1,743 clicks, 30,497 impressions, average position 4.9.
This site's engine is YouTube and social, not search: 81,009 Analytics sessions between March and November 2026, peaking at 25,779 in June. Search is the current build phase — it already averages position 8.3 on its early queries.
Online income and the digital product business in English. First search clicks landed in October 2026 (39 clicks, 1,735 impressions, 136 sessions). The stage, plainly: indexation coverage and the English question-page set — the same playbook that moved .bd in October.
Broad packaging, narrow content: a title and thumbnail any working person can enter, then real numbers and case studies. The channel is a lead engine for courses and ebooks, not ad revenue. Two steady years — then the September 2026 breakout: 110,793 views and +828 subscribers in one month.
The packaging pattern: one big true number, one clear timeframe, one face, three or four words on the thumbnail. My six most-watched videos:

The same sequence I use at Idio and with my own team — study what works, build the better version, prove it with numbers.
