Digital Marketing & Growth — Team Lead, Digital Marketing Team, Idio IT Ltd
I lead Meta lead-generation campaigns for a real-estate referral programme — a funnel that runs from a free seminar to a paid package. Before this, I spent four years in native advertising at FrontStory. This page is my work, with the numbers shown the way an interviewer would want to check them.
Meta lead ads for a real-estate referral programme in Dhaka. The audience is men aged 40–60 in and around Gulshan who want to start a business alongside a job or after retirement. I joined Idio IT Ltd in October 2026 as Team Lead and took over leading these accounts and the three-person team behind them (graphic designer, social media manager, video editor).
~$100 / dayspend, about $3,000 / month
$0.20–0.40cost per client lead
~100 / weekfree seminar attendees
5–10 / weekpackage sales at BDT 12,000
3team members I direct daily
13ad accounts under one plan
The funnel: ad → lead form → free weekly seminar → BDT 12,000 package → the same ads then run for those package clients → land and plot offers from the same client group.
Meta Ads Manager — real screens
Best campaign — the dashboard
The programme's best campaign, in full. It has been running since June 2026; I took over leading the account in October 2026. These are the full Ads Manager screens — campaign names are blurred for client privacy, and every number is untouched. Figures are the campaign's lifetime totals as shown in Ads Manager (November 2026).

Two ad sets, one winner
Inside this campaign, a broad ad set ran against a detailed-targeting ad set. Broad won on cost and volume — the kind of test I run before moving budget.

Inside the winning ad set
Four ads: the original video ad and its copies. The original is still the winner — 2,008 leads at $0.25. Testing copies against a proven original is the weekly routine; most copies lose, and that is the point of the test.
The ads view: original ad 2,008 leads at $0.25 ($498.07 spent, 1,292,838 impressions), first copy 1,193 at $0.33, later copies off after weak results.
The winning ad's performance page: 2,008 leads at $0.25 per lead, $498.07 spent. The video itself: 1,897 plays, 27% hook rate, 7.42% hold rate.
Ad level — creative & copy
Creative examples
What the audience actually sees. This is Meta's advanced preview of the winning ad — one video concept shown across Feed, Instagram, Stories, Reels and Marketplace. The presenters speak to camera; the hook line in the Bangla primary text asks: "Exactly 365 days from today, where do you want to see yourself?" The on-screen text sells the offer in two words: Real Estate — Referral Business. A second format, an animated "High-Value Product" ad, runs for the retargeting pool.
Advanced preview, all placements: the same creative adapted by Meta for Facebook Feed, Instagram feed, Stories, Reels, Marketplace and Audience Network. My part: the concept, the script direction, the copy and the hook — the team's editor and designer produce the cuts under my direction.
Optimisation
What I changed
1. The audience rebuild
The old targeting was age 25+, broad, across many locations. The data showed the buyers were older men near Gulshan. The programme now targets men aged 40–60 around Gulshan, and the newest campaign — built by me on 1 November 2026 — uses a tight 3-mile radius around Gulshan. Cost per lead rose a little; lead quality and seminar sales improved, settling at 5–10 package sales a week.
The campaign I built myself on 1 November 2026. My naming convention says it all: PD_LEAD_CRORE-BIZ_ABO_GULSHAN-3MI_NOV1_30USD — leads objective, ad-set budget, Gulshan 3-mile radius. Its ad set (AS01_PD_STATIC_MEN-40-60) and ads sit in the left panel. No client names appear in this screen, so nothing here is blurred.
2. The lead form split
One lead form mixed inside-Dhaka and outside-Dhaka leads, and the call team wasted time on people who could never attend a Dhaka seminar. I added one opening question — in Bangla: "Sir, where do you live?" (Dhaka / outside Dhaka). Inside-Dhaka leads now go to a lead sheet for the call team. Outside-Dhaka leads go to a separate form, and can buy the ebook offer instead of being lost.
The lead form builder: question 1 is the location question (Dhaka / outside Dhaka), with the form preview on the right.
The two endings the split routes to: E1, the end page for leads (linked to Q2), and E2, the end page for non-leads (linked to Q1 and Q2) — with the Bangla thank-you page the lead sees after submitting.
3. A landing page I built myself
For the out-of-area leads I built the ebook offer page myself with AI-assisted coding (Next.js/Astro, Cloudflare free hosting, UddoktaPay payment link), tested end to end on a phone: offer.propertydealbd.net

2020–2024 — FrontStory
Native ads — Taboola & Outbrain
Four years of native advertising on Taboola, Outbrain, Zemanta and Baidu, for content brands read in the US, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil and Japan. My Taboola username was anik — the team put the creator's name inside every campaign name, and the lists below are filtered by "anik". Every campaign on them is one I created: I prepared the creatives every day, built the campaigns and uploaded them; the team then scaled the winners.
DoctoReport (Brazil, BRL). Top campaign: R$86,392.03 spent — a Holly Willoughby no-makeup listicle for the UK, started 22 May 2021.
DoctoReport (USD). Top campaign: $18,991.54 — a Chrissy Metz weight-loss listicle for the US, running since August 2020.
WTFacts (Brazil, BRL). Top campaigns: R$37,531.89 and R$28,017.37 — Mario Cimarro "horribly aged" listicles.
InvestmentGuru (Brazil, BRL). Top campaign: R$31,146.08 — a Yalitza Aparicio houses listicle in Spanish for the US.
LifeIndigo (Brazil, BRL). Top campaign: R$30,125.65 — an Alessandro Cecchi Paone listicle in Italian.
WTFacts (USD), signed in as Anik Khan. The search box filters the whole list by my username — German net-worth and creator listicles from 2020–2021.
InvestmentGuru (USD). Top campaign: $9,362.83 — a Susan Saint James "still alive" listicle for the US.
The Outbrain setup standards I worked to: per-market bid CPC (US $0.055–0.07, UK $0.025), UV goals and publisher whitelists.
How to read these numbers: spend is per campaign, in the account's own currency, exactly as Taboola shows it. My part was creating the campaigns, preparing and uploading the creatives, and optimising the listicles to cut bounce rate. Budget strategy sat with the team's separate ad analysts — I do not present the account totals as my own budget.
Independent — SEO & content
Three websites, one growth system
I own and run three content sites. All three run on one system I built: a single keyword map, entity schema (Person + Organization, sameAs) on every property, indexation queues through the Google Indexing API and IndexNow, and a daily Search Console + Analytics dashboard. Each site has a different job — and, honestly, a different growth stage. These charts are drawn from the live Search Console and Analytics data of each property.
superpreneur.bd — Bengali education (the growth story)
Business ideas, entrepreneur guides and ebooks in Bengali. The implementation: budget-based listicles (businesses for ১০, ২০, ৫০ হাজার টাকা), an উদ্যোক্তা hub page, AEO question pages that answer first, featured images on all 116 posts, and case-study articles matched with YouTube videos. For months the site sat nearly invisible — most pages were not indexed. The October 2026 sprint fixed indexation first, then content:
1,743Google clicks, last 28 days
30,497impressions, last 28 days
4.9average position, last 28 days
1,582clicks in October alone (Sep: 8)
1,997Analytics sessions, last 28 days
116posts with fixed featured images
Search Console, June–November 2026 (*November = first 3 days). The October jump is the indexation + content sprint — the same pages, finally indexed.
imtiazkhan.top — personal brand (traffic from video & social)
My name, my brand: freelancing and digital-marketing experience in Bengali. This site's engine is not search — it is YouTube and social sending readers to long-form guides. 81,009 Analytics sessions between March and November 2026, peaking at 25,779 sessions in June. Search is the current build phase: the property averages position 8.3 on its early queries.
Google Analytics sessions, March–November 2026 (*November = first 5 days). The May–June wave came from video pushes; the lesson built into the system now is pairing every traffic wave with search pages that keep the visitors.
superpreneurbangladesh.com — English (the youngest property)
Online income and the digital product business in English, for readers outside Bangladesh — how and where to sell ebooks, and how the business actually works. Its first search clicks landed in October 2026 (39 clicks, 1,735 impressions, 136 Analytics sessions). I show the stage plainly: the work right now is indexation coverage and the English question-page set — the same playbook that moved superpreneur.bd in October.
Independent — YouTube
Superpreneur — channel growth & creative
My channel is the lead engine for my courses and ebooks — not an ad-revenue play. The strategy: packaging is broad (a title and thumbnail any working person can enter), the content is narrow (real numbers, case studies, step-by-step), and viewers are guided to email and LinkedIn outreach to win clients — never to "freelancing as the destination".
7,910subscribers
377,983lifetime views
209videos published
110,793views in September 2026
+828subscribers that month
73,751views on the breakout video
YouTube Analytics, August 2024 – October 2026: monthly views (bars) and cumulative subscribers (line, rebuilt from monthly net gains). Two years of steady 7,000–24,000 views a month — then one case-study video broke out in September 2026.
